An operational audit is a review of your company on data, processes, systems, and AI use, for Belgian SMEs that want to know where they stand with AI. You get an AI-readiness score per domain, across six domains, a list of what to tackle first, and a picture of where your sector is heading.
€500 excl. VAT, credited towards your first month. Paid, and that is on purpose. You get a report that stands on its own, even if you do nothing with us afterwards.
Process
How it runs
- 01You pay and book
After payment you pick a time for the intake yourself, between 24 hours and 30 days ahead.
- 02You fill in a short questionnaire
Ten minutes of work, in advance. So the conversation is not spent on basics.
- 03Intake: 30 minutes
On site or by video. We walk through how your company works, which systems you use, where time disappears. At the end we schedule the second meeting straight away.
- 04Presentation: 30 minutes, about a week later
In between we do the work: analysis, research on your sector, the scores. At the second meeting we walk through the report together, on site or by video. You get it sent afterwards.

I do every audit myself. No junior consultant, no template.
I also run Beacon, a company that takes over admin and support from other companies. Over the past three years I have watched AI take over tasks there that I used to hire for. So I am not selling this from a distance.
That also means I can only do a limited number of audits per month.
After
What can follow
At the end of the presentation I make you a proposal. That is part of it and I will not be coy about it.
If you continue, we work together monthly: we build and maintain the automations, and we keep you current when something changes. A yearly contract includes the implementation work. Mapping processes, cleaning your data, and getting your systems in order are included. Normally €4.500.
If you do not continue, you keep the report and do what you want with it. There is no catch.

And if we work together: if it does not work against the criteria we set together up front, you get your first 90 days of monthly fees back.
FAQ
Common questions
We do nothing with AI yet. Is this still for us?
That is exactly when it helps. Most audits do not end at AI but at processes and data, the things that need to be in order first. That is not bad news. It is a starting point.
What if I do not want to continue with you afterwards?
That is fine. The report is yours. The €500 is only credited if you continue, but there is no obligation.
What happens to our data?
Everything stays in Europe. We work with European AI models on German infrastructure. What we see during the audit stays between us.
How long does it take in total?
Two conversations of half an hour each, with about a week in between. Plus ten minutes for the questionnaire. The audit conversation and the presentation can happen on site or by video.
What does it cost after that?
A fixed monthly price, depending on what we build and run for you. You get that figure at the second meeting, together with an estimate of what it returns. No hourly rate, no extras, no surprises.
What if something comes up?
You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the conversation. If you cancel later or do not show up, the audit fee stays due. You can still take the conversation within three months.
